Rare Jeff Banks 1960s silk blouse in a semi-transparent chiffon down on a deep chocolate color and covered with dusty, soft pastel flowers. Each cuff buttons to close and has a huge balloon finish above the wrist. The cut is slim and sexy and the collar is done in an extreme long point. It is amazing! Excellent condition
